all styles are handmade to order in California according to YOUR feet, all
styles take 4 - 6 weeks to deliver.
Jen + Kim offers a return for any shoes that have a manufacturing defect. If your shoes do not fit for any reason, please contact us directly. All shoes are handmade so fit issues are often solvable with our talented cobbler.
Jen + Kim shoes work in whole sizes. Please contact us directly for advice on each particular style. Since all of our style are rigorously fit tested, we know the exact fit on each particular one.
Since Jen + Kim CUSTOM MAKE shoes, if the material or color you are looking for is not available on the custom order form, please write in the color or material you need, and we will gladly find it for you. Additionally, if you have any materials in your possession that you would like to make a pair of our shoes with, let us know... we love to accommodate our customers! If you need further guidance on customizing, please feel free to write in on the custom order form and we'll steer you in the right direction.
Jen + Kim try very hard to accommodate all foot sizes. PLEASE feel open to tell us your individual circumstances when placing your order. We'll take them into consideration, speak with our shoemaker, and let you know if we can build the right pair of shoes for you. We stand by the promise of making shoes that fit. If they don't we're not happy either.
Jen + Kim ships nationwide for $15 as a flat fee. International orders are charged additional shipping.
We only currently offer styles available on our site to customize. This allows us to maintain quality and fit standards on every pair we make.
Jen + Kim Shoes offers the opportunity to become a host to one of our parties. Simply contact us (hyperlink that to the contact us form) and we'll go through the details of setting this up. Parties can be small or large, private or public, you decide. Incentives include a 5% donation to the charity of your choice or a free pair of shoes after 6 pairs are sold at your event.
All of our shoes are handmade in California by only the most experienced shoe makers. All materials are sourced locally when available as well.
